Corrugated Dots

corrugated dots

Made from some self striping yarn I got on my trip to Turkey, this hat was a nice way to use up the yarn and stretch is as far as possible. The contrast with the solid black really helps the colors pop. I used 1 by 2 corrugated ribbing to keep a nice sleek look, then used a lice pattern for the colorwork on the body. The benefit of the lice pattern is that the dots are spaced far enough apart so that the hat still remains stretchy.
